Indium Group was founded with a single belief: that a home is a legacy, not just a transaction. Starting with a small plotted development in Mysuru in 2001, we have grown into one of South India's most trusted integrated real estate developers.
Over 23 years, we have delivered 45+ projects, developed 10 million square feet, and created homes and communities for over 10,000 families. Through market cycles, regulatory changes, and evolving buyer preferences, our fundamentals have remained constant: quality land, thoughtful design, transparent dealings.
